LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Capital Markets Business Analyst to collaborate with Securities Operations, Technology, and Transformation teams for a banking client in Charlotte, NC.
The role involves delivering comprehensive business and functional analysis and developing future specifications. The ideal candidate possesses experience within Capital Markets or Back Office within a Tier 1 bank.

Required Skills and Experience :
Business Analyst / Project Manager expertise.
Experience within a Tier I bank preferred.
Experience in Capital Markets, especially Middle or Back Office operations.
Proficiency in Data Analysis and Visualization.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience in supporting change and transformation projects in Global Fixed Income Operations, including requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, documentation, solution design, and UAT support.
Project Management experience at a top-tier bank.
Expertise in managing and presenting large datasets.
Strong storytelling and data visualization skills.
Ability to engage and influence staff at all levels, driving effective requirement gathering, process improvement, and solution identification.
Responsibilities :
Understand systems migration and its impact on operations.
Design and map current and new operational, risk, and control processes.
Build partnerships across operational functions, project teams, and technology leads.
Provide input on functionality changes and identify automation opportunities.
Conduct impact assessments, produce business requirements, and develop UAT scenarios, procedures, and training materials.
Coordinate requirements documentation and ensure proper sign-off.
Manage scope changes and implement contingency plans.
Produce management reports on status and progress, and support the project manager as a deputy.
Evaluate the current state of GMO reconciliation and tooling capabilities.

Pay : $44-46 / hr
Pay Details : $44.00 to $46.00 per hour
