Responsibilities :
- Make warm calls to customers who have requested information about our services
- Track sales performance : Monitor monthly and quarterly metrics to meet company goals
- Follow up on leads : Make warm calls to interested customers
- Deliver excellent service : Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage accounts : Build and maintain customer relationships for ongoing business
- Cross-selling and Up-selling : Identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services to existing clients, thereby increasing revenue potential and enhancing customer satisfaction through comprehensive solutions

$50,000 - $65,000 annually based on performance
Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to customers and clients.
- Assess the unique needs of customers and clients to provide personalized solutions.
- Ensure exceptional customer service delivery and foster strong relationships with clients.
- Effectively manage and update customer accounts.
- Handle incoming calls, addressing inquiries about products, services, and general information with care.
- Proactively follow up on interactions to guarantee satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints diligently and accurately to achieve complete contentment.
- Keep customer accounts updated with the latest information as required.
- Collaborate regularly with team leads to remain informed about new products and services.
Qualifications :
- To be considered for the role of Customer Support Consultant, you should ideally possess a minimum of one year of experience in customer service and sales.
- A valid identification is a mandatory requirement for this position.
- The ideal candidate should exhibit strong active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- A high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent educational qualification is necessary.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role will be advantageous for this position.
