Job Description
Manage and process vendor invoices
Ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate records.
Oversee customer invoicing, track payments, and handle collections.
Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Prepare and post journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Hard Skills
- 2+ Years as an Accountant (General Ledger, Journal Entries)
- Relevant Degree
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Reconciliations
- Excel - VLOOKUP, PivotTables
