POSITION TITLE : Operations Clerk
DUTIES :
- Prepare, verify, and reconcile the daily Inventory and Reconciliation Report.
- Receive phone calls for other bottler sales & schedule delivery.
- Maintain Cut by OTL percentage to the set amount.
- Maintain all innovation forecasting through appropriate software.
- Place orders for finished goods, and other supplies as needed.
- Coordinate back hauls and return of damages.
- Keep all in house finished goods forms updated.
- Monitor date issues with receipt of finished goods.
- Backup to Backdoor Sales and physical inventory.
- Any required training.
- Perform assistant duties as needed to include preparing correspondence and reports for the Operations Director.
- Organize and maintain filing system for Operations Director.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Requires a High school diploma or general education development (GED) diploma
- Minimum 1 year of clerical experience
- A valid NC Driver License
- Ability to operate CRT
- Computer skills needed to process invoices, reports and other data
- Excellent reading and math skills needed to ensure accuracy of inventory levels, pricing, etc.
- Ability to sit for at least 6-8 hours / daily
- Ability to lift 50 pounds at least once a month
- Maintains a professional relationship with co-workers, customers, and the public
- Maintain confidentially in financial matters
- A good candidate must provide a good work history that demonstrates : dependability, integrity, attention to detail, self-motivated, excellent customer service and takes initiative
- Ability to pass the company background and Motor Vehicle Report check and the company drug testing requirements
