A well-established, full-service restaurant in Wading River is seeking a skilled and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of front-of-house service, beverage operations, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all daily restaurant operations to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards
- Lead and support staff, ensuring high levels of morale, performance, and professionalism
- Handle guest concerns and employee issues with diplomacy and professionalism
- Collaborate on developing engaging events, seasonal cocktails, and promotional appetizer specials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike
