Cedar Creek Hospital of Michigan recently opened in October 7 as a beautiful and state of the art -bed facility. Cedar Creek provides evidence-based treatment to adolescents and adults struggling with mental health issues.

As part of our success and innovation in the field we are seeking qualified applicants for a Family / Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner position.

Position Duties :
- Perform History and Physical Exams.
- Document exams per hospital and CMS guidelines.
- Round on patients (children / adolescents) as needed.
Qualifications
NP Job Requirements :
Must be an RN, licensed to practice in the State of Michigan, holding an active Nurse Practitioner Specialty License
Must meet and maintain credentialing requirements and maintain membership to Cedar Creek Hospital's Medical Staff.
