277238 - Medical Technologist -Clinton, IL- 13 Weeks Contract
Sigma Healthcare team is currently looking for MT / MLT to work onsite in Zanesville, OH.
EMR Used : EPIC
Shift : Afternoon Shift
Responsibilities :
- Under general supervision, performs the tests ordered in the specific laboratory section(s) as assigned. Sections include chemistry, hematology, transfusion service, and microbiology.
- Access to coordinator or other professional personnel is required.
- May assist CLA's and other technical team.
- Other duties assigned.
Qualifications :
- Experience with Beaker / SoftLab strongly preferred .
- Assignment requires a Generalist strong in Chemistry and Hematology with limited Blood Bank.
- The tech will work every other weekend (this may vary depending on volume and staffing) and will be included in any holiday rotation.
The candidate MUST have current or very recent high volume, hospital-based Chemistry experience in order to receive consideration for the assignment.
