Job Title : Estimator - Commercial Construction Location : Houston, Texas Type : Direct Hire Contractor Work Model : Onsite System One is partnering with a Commercial Construction Specialty Contractor in hiring an Estimator to work out of their NW Houston office. 2+ years experience Estimating commercial construction Foundational knowledge of estimating. Someone looking for an opportunity to shadow and train under Senior estimators to learn and grow within a specialty contractor Can read drawings and specs Has existing contacts in the industry Comfortable on the phone interfacing with clients, developing relationships.
