We are currently seeking to hire a Service Manager North America to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and working with the service team to support existing and new equipment installations in North America.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and coordinate the Service team activities.
- Work with project managers and engineering teams to develop installation plans for the machine installations.
- Schedule the service team for machine installations, service inspections, and training
- Manage monthly time sheets and expense reports for the service team.
- Manage customer contacts for the Service department.
- Assist our parts department on technical questions and issues.
Qualifications :
- A degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent knowledge and experience of both required.
- Hands on Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic work performed.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Be able to use Microsoft office- Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Be able to travel 50 percent annually in North America
- Be able to travel to our Headquarters in Sweden
- PLC and VFD troubleshooting required (Allen Bradley)
