Handles all communications with candidates. Assists Recruiter with advertising, employee referrals, and job fairs. Maintains applicant file system.
Frequently reports to a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Lead.
- Day-to-day responsibilities : Schedule virtual interviews using MS Outlook
- Calling candidates to schedule and confirm their interviews
- Creating and maintaining a positive candidate experience
- Attend team meetings as needed
- Will schedule on average 75 interviews per month
Top 3 must-have Critical / HARD skills :
1 year of experience working as a recruiting coordinator, including scheduling candidate interviews
Excellent communication and organization skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turn around requests
