- Contract Duration : 3 months + potential for extensions
- Location : Eagan, MN - 2 days onsite
What you’ll do as the Employee Relations Partner :
- Serve as the point of contact for employee relations, conduct, and / or compliance concerns raised by associates
- Interview employees to gather information to facilitate resolution of the concern
- Partner with Legal, HRBPs, managers, and other key stakeholders to conduct a complete and impartial investigation
- Review all performance documentation before it is delivered to ensure consistency and completeness
- Log cases in the tracking system and analyze employee relations case trends in partnership with Human Resources Business Partners / Legal
- Provide workplace-related recommendations / insights directly related to an investigation in accordance with company policy and practice
- Participate in key ER projects and / or cross-functional team initiatives
- Manage and update HR policies and processes
- Remain current with new, evolving ER challenges across a variety of processes and proactively recommend solutions to manage them
- Review internal processes and make recommendations for improvements; drive solutions that are compliant while supporting business objectives and goals
What you’ll bring to the Employee Relations Partner role :
- 5+ years of related professional experience (All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered)
- Demonstrated ability to proactively collaborate across boundaries, influence to resolve issues, drive change, and partner with others across the company to implement solutions and achieve desired results
- Ability to work independently or with cross-functional teams to prioritize, manage, and investigate allegations in a fair, thorough, and timely manner, and guide colleagues on the handling of investigations
- Capacity to demonstrate excellent judgment and adhere to strict confidentiality requirements
- Proven ability to independently manage and execute tasks with multiple conflicting priorities and deadlines
- Exhibit excellent organizational, written, verbal, and analytical skills
- Experience in handling complex employee relations issues and conducting investigations
- Demonstrated sound decision-making ability and conflict resolution
