With nearly two decades of success, we are looking to expand and need a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our CEO.

Location : Remote, but you must reside in the Greater Nashville Area

Your Responsibilities :

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive professional who excels at problem solving, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including calendar management, email coordination, and document preparation.

  • Meeting Coordination : Manage and send Zoom / Teams invitations, as well as follow-up reminders.
  • Document Management : Draft, edit, and format professional documents, including emails, presentations, marketing materials, and internal memos.
  • Task Management : Balance multiple priorities while ensuring all administrative duties are handled efficiently.
  • Client Communication : Act as a liaison for the CEO, handling routine client communications and managing correspondence.
  • Meeting Support : Prepare agendas, gather documents, and ensure meetings run smoothly by providing all necessary materials in advance.

Your Background

  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably supporting senior leadership.
  • Strong sense of ethics and the ability to manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SharePoint and MS365 is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks from scheduling to document preparation.
