Well, how would you like to be paid for your efforts? Pax is currently looking for a Maintenance Tech at our Equus Inn hotel in Ocala, FL.
Our Maintenance Techs are the backbone of our hotels you keep our clients and staff happy by keeping things running and fixing them when they aren't.
As our Maintenance Tech, you'll be expected to : Assist the Chief Engineer with all maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks Monitor daily electric, water, and gas consumption Complete assigned budgets to the Chief Engineer's standards for budget, schedule, and quality Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all workstations, storage rooms, grounds, and landscaping according to Pax standards Perform daily inspection of interior / exterior lighting, fixtures, and furnishings Stay in contact with the front desk agents to ensure all tickets are addressed and / or completed Recover / report lost items to front desk or manager Respond to all guest / staff concerns courteously and professionally Attend and contribute during weekly meetings So if you think you'd be right for this job please consider applying!
