HR Generalist
A CRG client within the industrial manufacturing & equipment services industry is seeking a highly motivated HR Coordinator to join their team in a Direct Hire / Full Time opportunity.
This organization is on a growth path and offers the ability to learn and grow within the role. The HR Coordinator will serve to lead benefits renewals, oversee timekeeping records, process payroll tasks, and foster employee engagement initiatives.

Location : Charlotte, NC
Pay / Compensation : $60,000-$70,000
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm ONSITE
Responsibilities
- Manage benefits renewals and updates, including educating employees on benefits information and advise on changes.
- Conduct meetings pertaining to open enrollments and oversee PTO policy updates.
- Ensure employee timekeeping and attendance records are maintained with accuracy.
- Process payroll and manage the payroll portal to make adjustments as needed.
- Manage workers’ compensation documentation.
- Generate reports for various HR data for management.
- Manage tasks pertaining to employee relations and foster a positive working environment.
- Support onboarding, hiring, and termination related responsibilities.
- Work with external recruiting partners to fill open roles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, or relevant experience in similar position REQUIRED.
- Previous HRIS administration experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, report generation, scheduling, and professional communication.
