We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Global HR Operations Analyst to join our HR team. This role will support core HR operational functions globally, with a focus on employee lifecycle administration, HRIS updates, data reporting, and payroll coordination. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and a passion for delivering seamless employee support and operational excellence.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• HRIS Administration : Maintain and update employee records across global HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company and legal standards.
• ADP WFN Support : Manage transactions in ADP Workforce Now, including new hire setup, job changes, terminations, and data corrections.
• Onboarding & Offboarding : Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and manage offboarding activities for departing employees, including documentation, systems access, and final pay coordination.
• Payroll Liaison : Collaborate closely with the global payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, providing necessary documentation and resolving discrepancies.
• Data Reporting & Analytics : Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, compliance reporting), leveraging ADP and other systems as needed.
• Process Improvement : Assist in documenting and improving global HR operational processes, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Compliance & Audit : Support audits by preparing data reports and ensuring HR records are audit-ready and compliant with local employment laws and internal policies.
• Employee Support : Respond to employee inquiries related to HR systems, payroll, and onboarding / offboarding procedures in a timely and professional manner.
