Job Description :

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Senior Architect to lead and inspire our design teams. As a Senior Architect at LWB, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our firm and the built environment.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience who can bring their expertise to our projects, mentor our emerging talent, and have a passion for sustainable and environmentally responsible design.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of complex architectural projects from concept through construction.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and design teams.
• Collaborate with clients, and consultants to ensure project success.
• Oversee the preparation of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Drive innovation and sustainability in all aspects of design.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 10 - 15 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Architectural licensure is highly encouraged.
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage design teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client interaction skills.
• Proven track record of delivering successful architectural projects Residential and Commercial

Work Environment :

A Senior Architect position involves working in a fast and multidisciplinary environment. Collaboration is the foundation of our design process.

The candidate shall be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with colleagues and clients.

Physical Demands :

Candidates may spend a significant portion of their day sitting or standing or they may need to

alternate between the two.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

At the senior position level, the employee is expected to work 40 to 45 hours per week.

Travel :

Candidates may be required to travel to construction sites, sales, marketing purposes or as needed to perform their job
