About the Role

iCapital is seeking a talented & driven Senior Vice President to lead its growing registered & direct fund business. This role sits within iCapitals Client Success organization & will report to the Managing Director / Head of Fund Origination.

This individual will work with a team that is responsible for new product development, product structuring, manager onboarding & fund lifecycle management.

This role will be responsible for leading & helping manage the onboarding & product lifecycle of various alternative investment vehicles across structures & asset classes prevalent in the market.

These will primarily be products created by third party alternative asset managers that are looking to utilize the iCapital technology to facilitate the subscription & reporting processes for the wealth management channel.

This team stands at the heart of iCapitals growth into new markets & fund structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team responsible for all new direct & registered fund onboarding projects, working across the organization to ensure on-time & successful completion.
• Work with key clients,both asset managers & wealth managers, & their service providers (attorneys, fund administrators, & transfer agents, etc.

communicating processes & requirements, recommending best practices & leading overall project management to launch their funds on the iCapital platform.

• Drive prioritization & lead the build out of procedures within the iCapital ecosystem related to adding new funds, product structures, expanding product distribution channels & lifecycle management.
• Manage the team dedicated to the function as well as support other members of the team working on fund launches.
• Represent the company as a subject matter expert on the platform & the products we support.
• Leverage experience to help shape iCapitals service offering across various fund structures.
• Prepare & present new funds to various decision-making groups.
• Assist in various ad hoc fund launch activities.
• Help drive the rollout of new platform functionality impacting the fund launch & lifecycle management process.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in finance, business, or another related field
• 10+ years of product structuring experience with exposure to fund administration, fund management or custodial relationships
• Experience in alternative investments with a focus in various fund structures is required
• People management skills is a plus
• Positive attitude & a desire to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
• Willingness to learn & adapt to new responsibilities
• Detail oriented, self-starter that is accustomed to project work with tight deadlines
• Able to handle multiple tasks & prioritize assignments
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $200,000 to $260,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, & an annual performance bonus.
