Responsibilities for Certified Financial Planner :

• Engage with clients and prospects to grasp their current situations and aspirations.
• Analyze presented information to determine potential assistance avenues.
• Craft and present tailored plans to optimize clients' financial standings.
• Implement and periodically adjust financial plans as necessary.
• Conduct regular client meetings to monitor investments and financial plans.
• Foster relationships with existing and potential clients to sustain and expand our client base.

Preferred Skills :

• Strong work ethic and a drive to attain partner status.
• Desire and ability to mentor and lead a team.
• Profound understanding of industry standards and regulations.
• Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and Financial Planning software.
• Exceptional customer service, written, and verbal communication skills.

Requirements for Certified Financial Advisor :

• Hold current certifications : CFP®, Series 6, 7, and 66 (63 / 65).
• Active licenses in AZ for Health, Life, and Disability insurance.
• A clean U4 history.
• Professional demeanor and pride in personal work.
• Organized, detail-oriented, with exceptional follow-up and follow-through abilities.
• Ability to establish quick trust and foster lasting relationships.
• High proficiency in compliance and operational procedures.

Salary :

• Commensurate with experience and current client portfolio ($85,000 - $200,000).
• Additional compensation through team and advisor bonus plans (up to 20% of annual salary + commission).
