It starts with YOU. The Senior Mechanical Engineer for this role will accountable for leadership, technical guidance and support in the development and optimization of maintenance systems in the mill.

This position will also develop and manage capital projects necessary to sustain and improve mill systems. In this role, you will :

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications :

Position typically requires a bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering or relevant scientific discipline or equivalent experience, and continuing self-development.

Preference is a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in technical or operational assignments and demonstrated leadership in achieving results.
  • Must be proficient in SAP and have experience in asset maintenance and reliability programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully executing significant project management skills
