As a Business Analyst , you will serve as a bridge between business teams and technology experts, helping to define and refine business requirements and processes for various projects.
Your analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into clear and concise requirements will play a crucial role in driving the success of initiatives.
Business Analyst Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document and analyze business requirements and processes
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and user stories
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers and project managers, to ensure requirements are accurately implemented
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights that inform business decisions
- Assist in the development of business cases, feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses
- Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation, including process flows, user guides and training materials
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and validate requirements
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate communication between business and technical teams
- Continuously monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
Business Analyst Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, information technology or related field
- Proven experience as a business analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
- Experience with business process modeling and workflow diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
