Cleaning andMaintenance :

Overview : We are seeking a dedicated andreliable Janitor and Auto Scrubber Floor Tech to join our team. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for maintainingcleanliness and order in our facilities operating auto scrubbersand ensuring floors are kept in pristine condition.

The roleincludes working under the guidance of a remote supervisor who willprovide direction and support asneeded.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Perform general janitorial duties including sweepingmopping dusting and trash removal.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms break rooms and other commonareas.

FloorCare :

• Operateauto scrubbers and other floor care equipment to clean and maintainvarious types of flooring.
• Applyappropriate cleaning solutions and techniques to remove stains anddirt.

EquipmentManagement :

• Maintain and perform routine checks on cleaning equipmentto ensure proper functioning.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs tothe remote supervisor.

Safety andCompliance :

• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure asafe working environment.
• Usecleaning chemicals and equipment according to manufacturer sinstructions and companypolicies.

Communication :

• Communicate regularly with the remote supervisor toreceive assignments updates and feedback.
• Report any issues incidents or unusual conditions to theremote supervisorpromptly.

AdditionalDuties :

• Assistwith special cleaning projects as assigned.
• Perform other related duties as required to maintain aclean and safeenvironment.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in janitorial or floor carepreferred.
• Ability to operate floorcare equipment such as auto scrubbers.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment tomaintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to followinstructions from a remote supervisor.
• Ability to work independently with minimalsupervision.
• Physical stamina toperform cleaning tasks including lifting bending and standing forextended periods.

WorkingConditions :

• Primarily indoor work in various settings includingoffices restrooms and common areas.
• Regular use of cleaning chemicals and floor careequipment.
• May involve workingevenings nights or weekends depending on theschedule.
