Zola is looking for a Manager of B2B Lifecycle Marketing who will be responsible for developing & implementing marketing programs to acquire & retain Zola Vendors.
Zolas vendor marketplace is a key product offering, where couples can come to discover & book venues & vendors across all categories, & our vendor communications are a crucial component of its success.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned B2B marketer with a track record for building client-focused, multi-channel campaigns proven to increase acquisition, retention & LTV.
This role is based in NYC, with 2 days a week in office (Tuesdays & Thursdays).
What you'll do
- Lead the development & implementation of B2B lifecycle marketing campaigns & sends that engage, retain, & increase the value of existing Zola vendors throughout their customer journey
- Manage the monthly B2B lifecycle calendar across all channels, set up & deploy individual campaigns & initiatives, & look with a critical eye at the overarching monthly outreach for different vendor segments
- Own Zolas vendor communications; furthering existing & exploring new channels such as email, SMS, direct mail & onsite messages
- Provide a perspective on vendor audience segmentation & messaging, with a plan to deliver the right message to the right vendor at the right time
- Own Hubspot as a platform; overseeing all data inputs, projects & campaigns
- Create & distribute promo codes for vendors as part of sales & retention tactics
- Devise & execute test plans; constantly optimizing new & existing campaigns
- Proficiency in quickly context switching across strategic thinking, execution, & analysis
- Monitor, analyze & report on marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns & initiatives & make data-driven decisions
Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B lifecycle marketing experience
- Proven track record in B2B marketing with a two sided marketplace business
- Must have experience with Hubspot as a CRM platform & ability to learn systems & tools quickly
- A creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies & campaigns
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Deep interest in the technical aspects of projects; an individual who thrives finding a way to make things work with the tools at their disposal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, & prioritize tasks effectively
- A proactive & results-oriented individual who is motivated by achieving & exceeding marketing goals
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000.
