Vascular Health Partners is seeking motivated Registered Vascular Ultrasound Technologists for their established, growing vascular practice in Latham.
This exciting position offers a unique opportunity for growth, development and new insights into the latest techniques in vascular surgery.
This is a full time position : Monday through Friday 8 to 4 : 30. Opportunity to do 4 10 hour shifts if interested.
This position is eligible for up to a $3000 recruitment / retention bonus

- This is a Monday to Friday position with No Call, No Weekends, and No Holidays!

Some responsibilities include :
- Preparing reports which include test data and a written preliminary interpretation
- Examinations including, but not limited to, extracranial cerebrovascular, upper and lower extremity arterial duplex and physiologic testing (PVR), upper and lower venous duplex, aorto-iliac, renal, mesenteric, dialysis access evaluation and preoperative vein mapping.

Requirements
- Successfully graduated from an accredited vascular ultrasound program or obtain the equivalent vascular experience.
- Active certification or registry eligible for certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) as a registered vascular technologist (RVT) is required.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must have solid knowledge base of anatomy, physiology, hemodynamics and pathology and how it relates to non-invasive vascular testing.
- Experience performing vascular ultrasounds for at least 1 year is preferred.
