The Team
The HR Transformation team is a core component of our Human Capital practice - the work we do supports the five major issues our clients are facing.
We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.
Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization’s productivity through their human capital asset.
The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.
Work you’ll do / Responsibilities
- Collaboration with functional teams
- Incident Resolution
- Implementing HR ABAP and SF CPI solutioning
- Onshore offshore coordination
- Monitoring ticket queues
- S4Hana improvement suggestions & implementation
- Critical Incident Management
- Status reporting
- Integrations Testing
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline;
or equivalent experience
- SAP SF CPI hands on experience & certification.
- SAP ABAP experience / certification (preferable)
- S4Hana experience / certification (preferable)
- 4+ years of experience configuring, implementing and / or supporting HR technologies SAP HCM or at least 2-3 implementation of SF Integrations
- Demonstrable experience working on cloud interface and integration, CPI, and infrastructure
- Experience leading workstreams within larger projects, driving your team to meet deadlines and ensure quality deliverables and service
- Experience with offshore / onshore models and client handling
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries / sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline;
or equivalent experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations : Gilbert, AZ;
Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations
Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client / project travel.
