Description

Providing operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair support to all C4I systems and networks onboard SURTASS Vessels

• Utilizing the WILD trouble ticket application to log all maintenance trouble tickets for action in the JSN / WKRQ log; this shall include all applicable labor, external technical assistance, parts, and time expended
• Submitting, tracking, and / or verifying trouble tickets are submitted to external commands, as required, and actively working to resolve open trouble tickets
• Generating reports for SURTASS mission systems status as directed by the government
