We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Employee Benefits Compliance Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary : The Employee Benefits Compliance Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring that our client's employee benefits programs are in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

This position requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring regulatory updates, coordinating with clients to ensure compliance, and supporting the implementation of new benefits programs.

The position will report to and be mentored by the Compliance Manager, offering a valuable opportunity for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Support : Assist clients in understanding and implementing compliance requirements. Provide support on regulatory issues, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Documentation and Reporting : Prepare, review, and maintain compliance-related documentation. Ensure that all records are accurate, complete, and in line with regulatory standards.
  • Audit Preparation : Assist in preparing for internal and external audits. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure all necessary documentation is in order.
  • Policy Development : Collaborate with the benefits team to develop and update internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current regulations.
  • Compliance Monitoring : Stay updated on federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits. Identify and analyze changes in laws and regulations that may impact our clients' benefits programs.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills :
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
