Job Title : Commercial Litigation Attorney
Location : Houston, TX
Salary : $195,000+ (depending on experience)

Position Overview :
In this position you will manage a diverse caseload focused on commercial, employment, and environmental litigation matters.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, excellent legal research and writing skills, and a collaborative approach to working with internal stakeholders and clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage a caseload of commercial, employment, and environmental litigation matters from inception to resolution.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on case strategies and objectives.
- Manage deadlines effectively to meet court and client requirements.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather information pertinent to ongoing cases.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 3 years of commercial litigation experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of managing multiple cases simultaneously.
