Responsibilities
- Copy / Print experience
- Shipping Receiving ability to lift 50 lbs. as this position does assist with shipping equipment for IT, books for publishers, etc.
- Provide backup support to Reception / Copy Print Services as needed.
- Conduct inspections of office regularly and report any maintenance / equipment issues
- AED monthly checks
- Fire extinguishers- monthly checks
- First aid kit inventory- advise when supplies needed to be ordered
- Restock coffee supplies / check inventory of supplies to ensure orders placed
- Restock restroom supplies
- Conference room set up
- Escort vendors / contractors
- Reliable
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in computer skills, Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
- Proficient in software / hardware needed to conduct mailroom & copy / print center jobs
- Open / Close work orders
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
- Customer Service / Hospitality / Retail background preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
- Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
- A valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation to and from work
- Lifting up to 55 pounds
