A company is looking for a Head of Product Engineering.Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage the product engineering team, making strategic technical decisions and driving innovative solutionsShape the engineering strategy, build and structure engineering teams, and ensure high engineering productivityCollaborate with founders, product design, and product management to plan and execute features, conduct code reviews, and evaluate new technologiesRequired Qualifications : 6+ years of engineering experience with at least 2 years in leadership roles and scaling productsExperience in scaling tech startups and strong technical acumenPassion for transforming the film industry, ability to recruit top talent, and nurture a high-performing teamAmbitious, scrappy, and tenacious with expertise in modern frontend and backend technologies, video technologies, and infrastructure operationsFamiliarity with core Amazon Web Services products, AWS certification is a bonus
