RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing customer applications training / support in-house and at customer’s facilities
- Performing time studies, test cuts, and machine demonstrations as needed
- Programming of multi-axis applications utilizing CAM-systems
- Assisting in reviewing application aspects of RFQs and turnkey projects and feasibility
- Providing sales support at tradeshows and open house events
- Developing leading machining processes
- Providing customer production analysis and support on-site
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as requested
REQUIREMENTS
- BS Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or related field experience
- 4-6 years’ experience in machining and / or training
- Knowledge in the field of 5-axis machining
- Control knowledge of CNC controls, Heidenhain / Siemens preferred
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Teamwork and high level of performance
- Location : Franklin, WI (headquarter of HERMLE USA)
- Extensive travel is required (including international)
