RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing customer applications training / support in-house and at customer’s facilities
  • Performing time studies, test cuts, and machine demonstrations as needed
  • Programming of multi-axis applications utilizing CAM-systems
  • Assisting in reviewing application aspects of RFQs and turnkey projects and feasibility
  • Providing sales support at tradeshows and open house events
  • Developing leading machining processes
  • Providing customer production analysis and support on-site
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as requested

REQUIREMENTS

  • BS Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or related field experience
  • 4-6 years’ experience in machining and / or training
  • Knowledge in the field of 5-axis machining
  • Control knowledge of CNC controls, Heidenhain / Siemens preferred
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Teamwork and high level of performance
  • Location : Franklin, WI (headquarter of HERMLE USA)
  • Extensive travel is required (including international)
