Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage hotel room bookings andreservations including checkins checkouts and roomassignments
- Communicate with guests via phone email oronline platforms to confirm reservations address inquiries andassist with special requests
- Update and maintain the hotels booking systemwith accurate and uptodate information regarding room availabilityrates and promotions
- Work closely with hotel staff including frontdesk agents housekeeping and management to ensure smooth checkinand checkout processes forguests
- Handle guest inquiries complaints andfeedback professionally and promptly resolving issues to ensureguest satisfaction
- Assist in managing group bookings events andspecial occasions coordinating room allocations and logistics asneeded
- Monitor and manage room inventory optimizingoccupancy and revenue through strategic pricing andpromotions
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams topromote hotel offerings packages and discounts to maximize bookingsand revenue
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports onroom occupancy revenue and guest feedback for managementreview
- Stay updated on hotel policies procedures andindustry trends to provide accurate information and excellentservice toguests
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent;additional education or training in hospitality or hotel managementis a plus
- Previous experience in hotel operations frontdesk reservations or a related role preferred but notrequired
- Proficiency in using hotel booking systemsproperty management software and Microsoft OfficeSuite
- Excellent communication and customer serviceskills with a friendly and professionaldemeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention todetail with the ability to multitask in a fastpacedenvironment
- Problemsolving abilities and the capacity tohandle guest inquiries and complaintseffectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratewith team members virtually
- Flexibility to work varying hours includingevenings weekends and holidays based on hotelneeds
- Knowledge of hotel operations room typesrates and hospitality industrystandards
