Summary :
The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for processing orders, accepting deliveries, and keeping the warehouse organized. Daily responsibilities include physically moving product around the warehouse area and properly maintaining all inventory and receiving records.
The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for administrative and clerical details necessary to keep the warehouse running smoothly.
Essential Functions :
- Process and pull orders as needed
- Inspect all orders being received, checking for damage, defective parts, and missing items
- Update Inventory Report on a daily basis with receipts and transfers of materials
- Reports to warehouse supervisor or management to alert them of any issues with receiving
- Kit mechanical and electrical parts with minimum supervision
- Strong attention to detail to ensure optimum quality and efficiency
- Follow all safety procedures
- Commitment to punctuality and attendance
- Working knowledge of components and Operations processes
- Restock returns from Production
- Obtain Forklift certification and training
- Unload Trucks using Forklift
- Maintain Inventory count accuracy
- Good knowledge of picking sheets and level 1 BOM’s
- Perform accurate daily cycle counts and reports
Education / Experience :
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months to 1 year experience in a warehouse environment
Shift and Schedule :
- 6 : 00 am to 2 : 30 pm
- Monday through Friday
