- develop and implement quality systems (QS9000 and TS16949) and audits; trains workers by explaining and demonstrating work methods and techniques in accordance with quality systems;
- schedules production within specific cost and quality standards. Qualifications Job Related Functions : Supervisory and organizational skills;
computer and mechanical skills; knowledge of production process and properties of non-ferrous metals (preferred) Observes OSHA, EPA and Company rules and regulations concerning personal safety.
Exposed to temperature extremes. Enforces company policies. Responsible for Kaizen and 5S. Educational Requirements : Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
