Aloha! Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i is seeking an Reservations and Revenue Manager. This position will be remote based.

JOIN OUR 'OHANA

Seeking a self-motivated, driven individual who possesseseffective communication skills, revenue, and reservations experience, along with the ability to manage and motivate the reservations and pre arrival conciergeteam for two distinctive resort properties.

The position is responsible for generating reservations and pre arrival ancillary revenue by coaching and counseling an experienced sales team to increase conversation rates and close new business while delivering superior guest experience.

Essential Functions :

Day to day management of reservations & pre arrival team including coaching and counseling, motivating sales, creating, and managing staffing schedules, and completing weekly operational forecast, payroll, andmonthly reports.

Lead and assist where needed with guest inquiries, convert inbound and outbound guest reservationscalls, plan guest itineraries, book activity reservations, coordinate Lana’i Air, and resolve guest concerns.

Experience with Opera required for inputting and managing reservations, building reports, managing inventory / rates

New hire training and ongoing developmentonlatest sales initiatives, processes, with a focus on sales and 5-starguest service

Clear written and oral communication skills & strong organizational skills required for dissemination of information in a fast passed and frequently changing environment

Management of guest profiles through Golden, requires certification and support to Guest Recognition specialist

Provide support to the Reservations Coordinator role, providing coverage for the role in case of vacancy or time off. Oversight and management of cut of dates, rooming lists, assignments, and other aspects of group rooming correspondence.

Interact & collaborate with essential operations departments to ensure guest needs are met and to deliver a superior guest experience

Track and share Medallia, Forbes, ASPIRE scores and scores with team, providing supportive feedback and coaching on opportunities

Interpret business Revenue analytics into meaningful action to improve performance

Manage inventory through all distribution channels for optimalavailability

Support optimal pricing strategy, analysis, and recommendations engage 3rd party expertise when appropriate

Build consensus within Revenue Strategy Team to move new initiatives forward

Support Senior DORM in leading weekly Revenue Strategy Meetings

Experience with Key & Book4Time, Open Table preferred for dining & activities planning

Proficiency with OPERA, Excel, and other business analytic tools such as Adobe analytics, power BI for reservations reporting

Business owner of Opera, Key, BI tools, IDeaS Revenue Management System

Occasional travel to Lana’i, HI or Los Angeles, CA Sales office

Job Requirements :

Education : College education or equivalent experience.

Experience : Up to three years’ experience in reservations, revenue, front office or concierge leadership capacity as well as experience in leading a team with Four Seasons or another related organization.

Skills and Abilities : Strong communications (telephone and in person). Strong writingand oral presentation skills. Requires knowledge of and ability to operate computer equipment and multiple programs, ability to multitask.

Strong product knowledge of hotel operations, revenue, and reservation sales process.

Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
