We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in delivering individualized, high-quality services to clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities :
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to evaluate clients' needs.
Perform initial and ongoing assessments to track client progress.
Develop and implement tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Provide in-person supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Deliver monthly training for caregivers to enhance treatment implementation.
Regularly review and monitor client data, adjusting interventions as needed.
Maintain accurate records and complete progress reports as required by funding sources.

Qualifications :
BCBA or BCBA-D Certification.
Strong organizational and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients, families, and staff.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and data security.
