Requirements
As our chosen Multi-Site Community Manager , every day you will help people buy their dream home, supervise and support property staff, enforce property rules, conduct property inspections, and lead the overall happiness of the community! Santiago & Granada ( 250 combined spaces ) are two beautiful manufactured housing communities in Springfield, OR and we want YOU to be our Multi-Site Community Manager !
To thrive in this role :
Have experience working in Manufactured Housing or Property Management
Be proficient in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel / Word / Outlook)
Make prompt decisions under pressure
Must be able to live on-site
Bonus Skills
NetSuite / Manage America
Manufactured housing knowledge
