Main Duties and Responsibilities · Responsible for sales performance including the GMV, revenue, market share results of the city, managing business operation teams and driving team performance efficiently and effectively.

• Develop market strategy, set results-oriented timelines to reach those goals and take financial decisions. · Grow number of partners on the platform, handle partner development, monitor metrics, and provide reliable food delivery service.
• Grasp market dynamics and systematically deal with various market problems · Coach and train team members to increase the individual and organizational capabilities.
