Your Role :
The ED Receptionist answers the phone in a professional manner, triaging the calls. Greets and responds to all patients and visitors in a friendly, caring manner.
Maintains a clean, organized area in the Nurse's Station.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education : High school diploma or GED preferred.
- License / Certifications : N / A
- Experience : N / A
- Able to use Meditech systems with accuracy.
- Understands workflow in central work area to maintain a proper flow of patients
- Ability to work independently in a face-paced environment.
- Good keyboard skills, reasonably good computer skills with detail and accuracy.
- Excellent customer service.
