Mission of the position : To develop and implement effective marketing strategies for assigned Business Units that showcase the value and uniqueness of the products and services offered and to generate qualified leads and loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities :

Major Challenges :

  • Developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that showcase the value and uniqueness of the product.
  • Help generate qualified leads and loyal customers.
  • Ensuring that all marketing material is in line with the brand identity.
  • Overseeing and coordinating the creation and distribution of marketing content, such as blogs, collateral, social media posts, email campaigns, and online ads.
  • Tracking and analyzing the performance and ROI of the marketing campaigns using data and analytics tools.
  • Building strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Working with other members of the marketing team and collaborating with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service.
  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that showcase the value and uniqueness of the industrial parts and services offered by the company.
  • Generating qualified leads and loyal customers.
  • Tracking and analyzing the performance and ROI of the marketing campaigns using data and analytics tools.
  • Deep understanding and effective communication of the complexity of technical products and services of the business units they are responsible for.

Expected Performance Outcomes :

Required Experience :

  • Increase brand awareness and reputation of Mott Corporation as a global leader in filtration and flow control solutions.
  • Generate qualified leads and loyal customers in the target markets, such as life sciences, industrial, and aerospace.
  • Support the sales and business development teams with effective marketing strategies, tools, and materials.
  • To manage the marketing budget and ensure that all marketing material is in line with the brand identity and the company values.
  • To track and analyze the performance and ROI of the marketing campaigns using data and analytics tools.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly creative with excellent copywriting skills and a keen eye for design
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the marketing field.
