Senior Desktop/Onsite Support Analyst

Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Desktop / Onsite Support Analyst for a twelve-month contract possible contract to hire position at our financial services client in Lake Mary, FL.

This is an onsite role requiring 5 days a week onsite.

Summary

Provide onsite support (including new joiner onboarding, break / fix, smart hands support for collaboration spaces, Tech Express) for the Lake Mary office (600+ users) as part of the Production Services operating model.

Responsibilities

Provides support to all IT-related activities and initiatives, including guidance, assistance, coordination, and follow-up on IT problems and ensures resolution.

Provides guidance, assistance, coordination, and follow-up on problems and ensures resolution.

Provides support to a specific group of customers on applications, infrastructure, and technology related activities for small projects.

Works with application developers and operations to support production applications and customer-specific operations.

Trains customers on new products, applications, and platforms.

Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.

Required skills

Hardware break / fix

Ability to be onsite 5 days per week

Bachelor's degree (or relevant experience)

Compensation : $28-$31 per hour W2 based on experience
