This entry-level position consists of the following duties that are essential to the operation of a corrugated box plant.

Some of the duties of this position include, but are not limited to :

• Ensuring that all tooling for the machine is on hand, assisting the machine operator and assistant operator with setups and jam-ups, ensuring that the area surrounding the machine is kept clean of debris and spills
• Relieve team members when they go out on lunch or breaks.
• This position requires constant standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and crouching.
• Support the operation of a high-paced packaging manufacturing facility

Schedule :

• 1st shift : M-F 7am - 3pm
• 2nd shift : M-F 3pm - 11pm
• 3rd shift : M-F 11pm - 7am
• Flexible to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts rotating schedules

Minimum Requirements :

• Must be available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts - daily overtime, weekend work, rotating schedules. Average 50-55 hours per week.
• Must meet physical requirements : Able to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise maneuver 50 pounds on a routine basis
• Able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, climb steps, and twist throughout a shift
• Ability to read a tape measure and apply basic math and computer skills

• Experienced working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (corrugated industry a plus, but not required).
