Responsibilities :
- Own the user interface, identifying problems and proposing and executing solutions to enhance the user experience.
- Design pixel-perfect, visually stunning user interfaces and create original, engaging visual designs.
- Deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, agile product environment.
- Develop interactive prototypes for internal testing and usability studies, ensuring UI is rigorously tested and data-driven.
- Apply usability and accessibility standards, collaborating with design disciplines and adhering to UI best practices.
- Leverage deep user insights to recommend UI features that address customer needs.
- Create clear, intuitive style guides and design specifications for seamless engineering implementation.
- Provide ongoing support, feedback, and revisions during the development phase.
- Maintain a critical eye for detail and high standards in all design work.
Qualifications :
- A portfolio showcasing recent e-commerce designs is required; experience with mobile site and / or tablet app designs is a plus.
- 3-5 years of UI and visual design experience within a digital agency or consuling firm.
- Proven experience leading the development of comprehensive digital design systems.
- Expertise in iconography, symbol design, and data visualization.
- Strong typesetting and typographic design skills.
- In-depth knowledge of cross-platform web / mobile usability standards and UI specifications.
- Familiarity with design and technical limitations of leading email and browser technologies.
