Our facility is committed to fostering a warm and compassionate environment where residents can thrive. We are currently seeking caring and dedicated individuals to join our team as Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) in Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions.

Position Overview :

We have opportunities available for Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN CNAs to assist with activities of daily living and support the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities :

• Provide direct care and assistance to residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff.
• Promote a supportive and nurturing environment for residents, respecting their dignity and independence.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of person-centered care.

Qualifications :

• Valid certification as a Nurse Aide (CNA) in the state of Texas.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions from nursing staff.
• Prior experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
