Now hiring an experienced General Sales Manager! Family Toyota of Arlington is looking for a qualified General Sales Manager for our established Toyota point in Arlington, Texas.
Responsibilities :
- Hire, train, and motivate all sales department managers
- Lead from the front lines
- Assist sales managers with ensuring volume commitments to the manufacturer are met
- Meets with managers regularly to develop Daily / monthly / annual goals and objectives, that meet and exceed performance expectations
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship with lending institutions and manufacturer personnel
- Communicate management policies and procedures to all Team Members' attitudes and build morale
- Ensure that the core values of the company are encompassed at all times by leading by example
- Other duties to be determined by the General Manager
Qualifications :
- Previous automotive experience required
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
- Highly detailed and process driven
- Track record of developing leaders
- Strong asset management skills required
- Must possess a strong track record of superior results
- Excellent CSI history
- Strong used car management skills required
- Previous automotive GSM or General Manager required
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening background and drug
