Wimmer Solutions is looking for a Community DP Engagement to join our client's growing team.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO
- Delivery Engagement Tracking : Implement systems and processes for tracking and monitoring delivery engagements, collaborating closely with the delivery team (comprised of technical experts) to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of services.
- Spark Week and Feedback Integration : Facilitate Spark Week feedback gathering sessions using feedback mechanisms to foster innovation and gather insights for enhancing delivery engagement strategies and processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including delivery partners and Service Business Units (SBUs), to align delivery engagement initiatives with business objectives and ensure cross-functional alignment.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Organizational Skills : Proven experience in project management, with a focus on delivery engagement and customer support initiatives and Strong understanding of technical concepts and familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar project tracking tools
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Adaptability : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical experts, delivery partners, and cross-functional teams
- Initiative : Demonstrated ability to think independently, execute projects with precision, and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes
- Adherence to Guidelines : Ability to adhere to organizational guidelines, standards, and processes in all activities, ensuring consistency and compliance with policies.
Must be able to work for a US based company without requiring visa sponsorship.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Hourly contract rate range of $55.00 to $65.00 based on experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.
