Job Summary

Join us as the Vice President of Operations (Restaurant Services) overseeing locations including premier cultural centers, museums, and performing arts venues where are hospitality programs include a la carte fine dining restaurants, cafes, coffee bars, intermission bars and catering.

The VP of Operations plays a pivotal role as a strategic partner to the Restaurant Services Team. They collaborate on strategic planning, program development, financial management, and fostering a culture of excellence.

This role encompasses overseeing all operational aspects and critical support functions while also focusing on team development.

Focus Areas : The core focus areas of this role encompass developing and aligning objectives among R / A, and the client portfolio.

Additionally, it involves setting and maintaining high operational standards through the application of extensive business, culinary, and hospitality expertise.

Core Responsibilities :

1. Revenue and Profitability Leadership :

  • Achieve financial targets and plan for business growth.
  • Cultivate a proactive sales culture.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Identify sales opportunities and present growth plans.

2. People, Performance, and Culture :

  • Foster a culture of growth, recognition, and accountability.
  • Build a high-performing team aligned with Core Values.
  • Establish a performance culture around culture, guests, clients, and financial objectives.

3. Innovation, Operational Excellence, and Safety :

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of senior management experience.
  • Multi-unit restaurant, corporate dining, or hotel experience.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Passion for food and hospitality.
  • Proven financial responsibility.
  • Proven coaching and teaching skills.
  • Proficiency in budget management.
  • Familiarity with business scaling and change management.
