The Fort is looking for enthusiastic people to join our seasonal sales team, offering both part-time and flexible schedules through the holiday rush.
As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll help create a memorable shopping experience for our guests and support our team during the busiest time of the year!
Location : We're hiring at our Saint Joseph location. This seasonal role requires a minimum of 15 hours per week, including half of all weekends.

- Be Challenged : Holiday seasons bring excitement and energy, so you'll need to think fast, stay organized, and enjoy a lively atmosphere.
- Be the Brand : We love our team to "Ride for the Brand," wearing the clothing we sell, with great discounts to make that easier.
- Help Customers Feel Welcome : Make shopping enjoyable by engaging with guests, helping them find what they need, and spreading holiday cheer!
- Be a Quick Learner : Learn about our products and pick up sales tips to assist guests confidently during the season.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service

- Dress in The Fort apparel during shifts
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Work 50% of weekends and 75% of holidays (required during peak season)
