The Place at Dania Beach is currently seeking a full time Leasing Consultant to join our team for an apartment community in Dania Beach, FL.

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing management company that promotes a professional work environment.

Leasing Consultants play a critical role within our organization. Your dual and equally important missions are to attract and retain residents.

To accomplish these objectives, you must possess a unique combination of top-notch sales and customer service skills.

Sales and Marketing Responsibilities :

• Contacting leads, qualifying prospective tenants; converting them into sales.
• Completing Guest Card information on all prospective residents and performing follow-ups.
• Processing and completing all rental applications and notifying prospective residents of results.
• Communicating with prospective residents, determining their needs and preferences, professionally presenting communities and specific apartments while communicating features and benefits
• Inspect market ready vacancies daily to ensure cleanliness.
• Organize and digitally file reports, leases and paperwork.
• Conducting market surveys and utilizing the information to improve sales.
• Physically inspect communities when on the grounds, pick up litter and report any service needs to the property manager.

Customer Service Responsibilities :

• Responding to resident concerns.
• Exemplary communication skills.
• Accepting service requests and following-up to ensure prompt resolution.
• Continually inspecting the property and reporting any service needs to maintenance staff.

Requirements / Qualifications :

• Outstanding sales, marketing and customer service skills.
• Highly motivated and team-oriented personal style.
• Open to change and able to multi-talk in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in typing and good at spelling, punctuation, grammar, and oral communication.
• Prior experience as a Leasing Consultant in a multi-family setting

Pay : From $17.00 per hour - $20.00

Days required Tuesday Friday 10am - 6pm; Saturday 11am - 3pm

Experience :

• Sales / Leasing : 1 year (Required)
• Customer Service : 1 year (Required)
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
