We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Interim Director of Pharmacy at a 200-bed hospital in Arizona. This position is set to begin within the next 2-3 weeks and will last for 13 weeks or longer.
As the Interim DOP, you will play a crucial role in managing the pharmacy department, ensuring regulatory pliance, and enhancing workflow efficiency, all while enjoying a Monday to Friday day shift schedule.
The ideal candidate will possess an active Arizona Pharmacist License and have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an inpatient pharmacy director, coupled with strong leadership and munication skills.

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide oversight of the pharmacy department.
- Ensure pliance with pharmacy regulations and standards.
- Analyze and improve pharmacy workflow for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Attend and participate in mittee meetings.
Ideal Candidate :
- Active Arizona Pharmacist License.
- 3+ years of inpatient pharmacy director experience.
- Strong leadership and munication skills.
