Job Title
Omnicell’s Global Optimization and Process is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst. The successful candidate will work closely with business partners to drive strategy and execution of global operations analytics.

Responsibilities
Partner with Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality and Logistics teams to understand the Analytics and System Enhancement needs
Work with Cross functional teams to put together Business requirements for System Enhancements and developing Metrics and KPIs Dashboard
Translate business requirements related to reporting and dashboards down to the data elements
Proficiency with SAP data bases tables for material master, vendor master, customer master, cost centers, production, quality management and procurement transactions and their relationships
Data storytelling abilities, as well as the ability to articulate technical information to a non-technical audience
Create dashboards for various data representations using Tableau to drive business value
Develop reports and dashboards using SQL queries
Data extraction, ad-hoc reports, standard reports, and visualization
Play a key role in our data governance initiative by developing data standards, data governance and data integrity monitoring.
Provide insights and recommendations for material lifecycle management, capacity planning, and safety stock levels

Drive solution development, internal customer communications and provide training to business partners on reports and visualization
Identify and develop new reporting to drive operational improvement
Solve complex cross-functional data quality problems
Required Knowledge and Skills
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of SAP master data elements and processes
Excellent working knowledge of BOMs / routings, operations processes, MRP setup and operations
Strong analytical skillset and ability to translate business processes and data into insights and solutions
Strong visualization skills and experience building and managing data visualization dashboards using Tableau
Data analysis Must have proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel Strong data analysis and data interpretation abilities
Experience in predictive modeling and statistical analysis. The ability to develop and implement models that can predict and influence outcomes.
Project management skills to enable the prioritization of tasks for Supply Chain
Problem solving mindset, and an outstanding business data analytics acumen
Proven Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, Macros, High level formulas SUMIF, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.)
Leads and performs master data analysis, data cleansing
Knowledge of ETL tools, Master Data Governance processes
Ability to write Functional and Tech Specifications, Test Scripts, execute the test cycles
Good analytical skills to perform root cause analysis, interpret data, and resolve issues
Strongly demonstrated written / verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with Data Analytics experience within Manufacturing Environment
Minimum of 4 years of experience with BI Tools, Tableau and SQL
Minimum of 2 years of experience with ETL Tools
4 years of experience in Supply Chain / Manufacturing Environment
4 years of Functional Analyst Experience in any of MM / PP / SD SAP Modules
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree
4 years of experience with Tableau
6 years of hands-on experience on SAP Master Data
Tableau site administration experience
Experience with ETL tools like Microsoft SSIS, Tableau Prep or Alteryx
Exposure to C4C, SalesForce and / or S / 4Hana is desirable
Work Conditions
Occasional work outside normal business hours is required
